On the roof, not from the driveway. Photos of anything we find, so you can see what we saw.

Does the quote cost anything?
No. The inspection and the written quote are free and there is no obligation to go ahead afterwards.
How long until I hear back?
We ring back as soon as we are off the roof. The on site inspection is usually within a few days, sooner if water is getting in.
Do I need to be home?
Not for the inspection, as long as we have safe access to the roof. We will send through the photos and talk you through what we found.
What should I include in the message?
The suburb, whether it is single or double storey, and what you are seeing. A photo from the ground helps more than you would think.
